  1. Review of IO Water Quality Issues Identification Session – Liz Moran reported on the success of the Water Quality Issues Identification Session held at the last Intermunicipal Organization committee meeting and handed out and reviewed the Session Summary.
  2. Evaluation Criteria Review – The Interim Recommendation for Implementation Evaluation Criteria as submitted to the Technical Committee was reviewed and updated (UPDATE: The revised Evaluation Criteria and Matrix are enclosed). It was recommended that the updated version be mailed to the IO prior to the April 28, 1999 IO meeting so that the IO could review and finalize the Evaluation Criteria at that meeting. It was recommended that the IO come up with a process of ranking projects. It was also recommended that ultimately the IO sponsor the proposals that may come out of the Interim Recommendations process.
  3. Interim Recommendations for Implementation – It was recommended that the concept list of interim recommendations for implementation go back to the County WQCCs and municipalities so that they could submit actual project summaries of approximately two paragraphs, which would include potential cost of project. It was recommended that these project summaries be submitted by May 13, 1999 and used in the evaluation process. (UPDATE: A letter was sent to County WQCCs requesting that project summaries be submitted by May 13, 1999. A similar request was made to municipalities at the April 28, 1999 IO Meeting.)
  4. Adjourn – The meeting was adjourned at 12:00 noon.
