Cayuga Lake Watershed Intermunicipal Organization Education, Public Participation, and Outreach Committee (EPPOC)
The Education/Public Participation/Outreach Committee was formed by the IO to undertake activities that interface between the IO and the general public. The group consists of members of the IO and the CLWN. To date, the main task of the group has been planning the public forums and overseeing the public review process for the Preliminary Watershed Characterization and the draft RPP.
